Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using MyOutfit - Closet Manager ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 — Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of the iOS application "MyOutfit - Closet Manager" (the "App") provided by AAV ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Article 2 — Service Description

The App provides features including clothing management, outfit creation, outfit calendar tracking, and related personal style organization tools for iOS devices.

Article 3 — License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

Article 4 — Premium Plan (Subscription)

• The App offers both free features and a paid subscription (Premium Plan) that unlocks additional functionality.
• Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription upon expiry.
• Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store Settings (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).

Article 5 — User Content

• You retain ownership of all photos, text, and other content ("User Content") you add to the App.
• User Content is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced via iCloud. We do not access or store your User Content on our servers.
• Please ensure you have the right to use any content you add to the App.

Article 6 — Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Article 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• AI-generated suggestions and analyses are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Article 8 — Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.

Article 9 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
